As expected before, the global HMD has announced the presence of Nokia 7.1 at the event that took place on October 4 yesterday. This smartphone targets the middle segment by relying on contemporary designs and affordable prices.

Nokia 7.1 comes with a PureDisplay screen panel that has banged on it. The resolution of this smartphone screen is 1080 x 2280 pixels and with an area of 5.84 inches. This smartphone screen is coated with Gorilla Glass 3 and offers HDR10 features, where this feature is rarely found in middle-class handsets. 

In addition, the screen can convert real-time HDR to SDR video. For the design itself, the glass sandwich-style concept is flanked by two front and rear glass and it produces 85% of the entire glass surface. While the frame is made of anodized aluminum. For photography, this smartphone relies on an 8MP resolution camera on the front that supports an AI-based face recognition feature to unlock. While on the back there is a dual camera setup consisting of a 12MP sensor with an f / 1.8 aperture and a 5MP monochrome sensor. The rear camera uses Zeiss optics and some good features like the "bothie" mode that allows you to take still images or record videos using the back and front cameras at the same time.

Nokia 7.1 is powered by a 3.060 mAh battery that supports fast charging thanks to the use of a USB-C connector. Nokia claims that charging for 30 minutes can charge up to 50%. Because it is part of Android One, Nokia 7.1 runs the Android 8.1 Oreo operating system and will get an upgrade to Android 9.0 Pie in November. As a second generation, of course, this smartphone must bring improvements from the previous generation. For the selfie camera, most of it does not change, with the fix focus 8MP camera, although this camera gets support for 1080p video capture at @ 60fps. Luckily, Razer Phone 2 brings back the stereo speakers that are facing forward. They are Dolby Atmos certified and each is powered by a special amplifier.
